Rock a Frock strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right let us know. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Email us your questions at info@rockafrock.com.au Please note that Sale items (marked-down items, not regular items purchased during a %off sale) cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are faulty or incorrect. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition - this means unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and incidentals (eg spare buttons) still attached. We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item to not meet these standards. Denied refunds will simply be returned to you. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges. If exchanging please include a Postage-paid, self addressed parcel bag, large enough to return your exchange to you. Returns by mail

Send the items back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. |
